I'M BRIA, YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER
My name is Bria, a former three-sport collegiate athlete with competitive experience in soccer, lacrosse, and track & field. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Health Sciences from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University.

During my undergraduate studies, I served as a research associate at Harvard University and was selected to participate in the Summer Health Professions Education Program at Columbia University, as well as the National Science Foundation’s Chemistry Research Experiences for Undergraduates program at Syracuse University.

I currently compete in HYROX, Spartan, and DEKA events while working as a personal trainer and data programmer. I integrate my academic foundation in science with my athletic background to deliver structured, performance-driven training programs designed to enhance strength, resilience, and long-term physical performance.
